Zero customer support

I bought this app and used it a lot. Loved it. Had a ton of cards in there. Then my phone flew out of the car window and smashed.
I got a new phone, hooked up to Apple and downloaded all my lost data and apps.

This one came up empty. So I emailed the link in the app. No response. Oops! They must of missed my email. Nope. I lost everything I put in there. And these losers didnt even respond with a word!
